Bis[2-(5-methylsulfanyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl-N³)phenolato-O¹]copper(II)

Abstract: In the title complex, [Cu(C₉H₇N₂O₂S)₂], the Cu^II ion, located on an inversion center, adopts an N₂O₂ square-planar coordination. The 2-(5-methylsulfanyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)phenolate ligand is chelated to the central Cu^II ion in an N,O-bidentate manner.
