Abstract: In the title compound, C12H6N4O8S, the dinitrophenyl rings subtend an angle of 78.46 (13) °. In the crystal, molecules are linked by weak C-H
O hydrogen bonds leading to the formation of a two-dimensional network lying parallel to the bc plane.
