S)bromidobis(triphenylphosphane-
P)silver(I)Abstract: In the title complex, [AgBr(C3H6N2OS)(C18H15P)2], the AgI ion is in a distorted tetrahedral geometry coordinated by two P atoms from two triphenylphosphane ligands, one S atom of an acetylthiourea ligand and one bromide ligand. There are intramolecular N-H
Br and N-H
O hydrogen bonds present. In the crystal, pairs of N-H
S hydrogen bonds involving thiourea groups form inversion dimers. In addition, moleclues pack to give sixfold phenyl embraces with an intermolecular P
P distance of 6.4586 (17) Å.
