2-(1H-Imidazol-1-yl)-4-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1,3-thiazole

Abstract: The title compound, C₁₃H₈F₃N₃S, consists of three linked aromatic rings. The whole molecule (except for the three F atoms) is planar to within 0.225 (2) Å. In the crystal, adjacent molecules are linked into chains along the ac diagonal by weak C-HN interactions.
