The paper by Liu et al. [(2015), Acta Cryst. F71, 1063–1066] is corrected.

In the paper by Liu et al. (2015[Liu, Y., Zhu, Y., Teng, M. & Li, X. (2015). Acta Cryst. F71, 1063-1066.]), the name of the precipitant used in the crystallization of the RsmA protein was given incorrectly as lithium chloride. This error occurs in §§2.2 and 2.3, Table 2 and the caption for Fig. 2. The correct name of the precipitant is lithium sulfate.
