[Imgcif-l] partial update to CBFlib

The release of CBFlib at

   http://www.bernstein-plus-sons.com/software/CBF

has been updated to release 0.7.7.5.  This is a quick update
to partially fix some problems reported with windows builds
by Jon Wright and to resolve a problem with cbf_get_image
reported by Francois Remacle.  Because of the second problem
we felt it was best to do this update before the windows
and g95 fixes were completed.
