A full revision history lists all the changes made to the working draft of the dictionary. Significant changes include:

A new data name, _geom_bond_valence, has been introduced to the GEOM_BOND category to record bond valence values.
Two new categories, VALENCE_PARAM and VALENCE_REF, have been introduced to allow tabulation of bond valence parameters.
