CIF coreDMG discussion #9

This is to remind you that the deadline for comments on the coreDMG Discussion #9 is January 15.  So far I have had no requests for an extension of this deadline, nor have I received any comments.  Silence will be taken as agreement with the changes proposed in this document and I will proceed with the next round of changes to coreCIF.
