Announcement: CoreCIF dictionary version 2.4 released

Version 2.4 of the Core CIF Dictionary for inorganic and small-molecule
structures has been posted on the IUCr web site in ASCII and html versions
at 
     http://www.iucr.org/iucr-top/cif/cif_core/index.html
The dictionary file is available directly by anonymous ftp as 
     ftp://ftp.iucr.org/pub/cif_core.dic

A PDF formatted version will be released later.

Differences between this and the previous version are summarised at
     http://www.iucr.org/iucr-top/cif/cif_core/diff2.4-2.3.html
