I have some comments, if you agree, about the teaching part.

On line courses : first experiences
I know some people are already offering courses on the Web (London, UK,
Le Mans, France...).
I would be interested to know of their experience : what kind of
students, feedback...
Java applets for course development
Some peple have written applets especially for crystallography (see
Rousseau, Le Mans for instance). How can they be used/modified by
others...
Building of European courses
Brüssels encourages exchange of students through Europe : why not to
establisk common courses in between many universities, taking advantage
of the Web and video to organizelong distance courses.
I really believe that this action belongs to this commission.
