The peculiar features of a Ge(Ga) crystal with small angular boundaries, grown under torsional vibration perturbations. Anomalous transmission X-ray topograph, 220 reflection, Mo Kα radiation. The diameter of the crystal is 23 mm. The wide inclined stripes on the topograph are an artifact due to imperfection of the scanning mechanism.
