Resolution function of one of the monochromators (HRM-2) measured at 23.880 keV using nuclear resonant scattering from 119SnO2. The resolution function is measured under normal operating conditions with a cooling-gas flow rate of 0.13 l s−1 (open circles), and with a reduced cooling-gas flow rate of 0.017 l s−1 (filled circles). The solid line is the expected result assuming two-beam dynamical diffraction and no vibrations.
