Bottom: quantifying the reconstruction error. This is approximately equivalent to the detector PSF for which the σ_x of the experimental profile is measured to be 1.8 µm. The simulated PSF for a 2 µm-wide square beam with ENC = 340 e⁻ and a coupling of K = 0.06 is also shown.
