Excitation on the [1\sigma_{\rm{g}}^{-1}3\sigma_{\rm{u}}] resonance in O2 reveals intriguing dynamics. First, coupling to the [1\sigma_{\rm{u}}^{-1}3s_{\rm{g}}] state is opening the channel to populate [3\sigma_{\rm{g}}^{-1}3s_{\rm{g}}] final states. Second, the angular anisotropy of the process demonstrates interference with the non-resonant inelastic scattering channel. [From Sun et al.
