The unit-cell contents of the crystal structures of (a) [\beta]-CaTeO3 (P1) and (b) β′-CaTeO3 ([P\overline{1}]) measured at 295 and at 200 K, projected along [[\overline{1}30]] exemplifying the threefold superstructure along [100].
