In (a) the coordination polyhedra of the V atoms are green; those of the Zn and Mn atoms are light blue. In (b) O atoms are red, V atoms are green, and Zn and Mn atoms are light blue. The subscript p denotes the fact that the vector normal to [ $[\bar 101]$ ] and [010] is the projection of [101]; [101] actually makes an angle of 96° with [ $[\bar 101]$ ].
