[\tau], [\omega], [\varphi] and [\psi] are intermediate images, [\hat{\tau}], [\hat{\omega}], [\hat{\varphi}] and [\hat{\psi}] their Fourier transforms, respectively. The schemes correspond to equations (13)[link] (CFA), 17[link] (HIO), 22[link] (AAR) and 19[link] (DM).
