Exactly superimposed independent XC (NH2)2 molecules (X = Se, O, S) and their NH⋯X bonded neighbours in seleno­urea (phases α and β); urea (phases I, III and IV) and thio­urea (phases I, V and VI), all viewed from the side of atom X along the X=C bond, with the mean plane of the central molecule horizontal (cf. Fig. 6[link] and Fig. S16).
