Superimposed in yellow is the difference density map between HRV16-type 1 (fully glycosylated) and HRV16-type 2 (mostly deglycosylated) reconstructions. The density in the HRV16-type 2 reconstruction has been suitably scaled to account for the lower occupancy of the ICAM-1 fragments.
