The model is coloured according to the sequence by a rainbow colour ramp from blue at the N-terminus to red at the C-terminus. (b) Stereoview of Cα-trace superimposition of PhA (pink), EcA-II (green; PDB code 3eca ) and ErA (yellow; PDB code 1o7j ). Three regions where structural differences were observed are marked with circles. The representations were generated using the programs MOLSCRIPT (Kraulis, 1991BB16) and RASTER3D (Merritt & Bacon, 1997BB25).
