The hexameric arrangement of Se atoms found by dual-space direct phasing methods for the single-wavelength anomalous data set of bacteriophage φ13 P4. Atoms are grouped and coloured by spatial proximity. Four layers of sixfold symmetric groups of atoms (connected by lines) are found along the sixfold symmetry axis of the arrangement, a total of 24 atoms.
