Interactions between (a) Asp194 and Ile16, (b) C-terminal Asn245 and Lys107 and Lys87 and (c) Asp165 and Lys169. The |2F_o − F_c| electron-density map is contoured at 1.0σ (blue) and 4.0σ (red). The presence of the density towards one of the two carboxyl O atoms clearly shows the presence of a double bond in the group.
