Definition of ω6 conformations. The ω6 torsion (O6—C6—C5—O5) mainly occurs in one of the three staggered conformations, which are often referred to as the gauche–gauche (gg), gauche–trans (gt) and trans–gauche (gt) rotamers (adapted from Wyss et al., 1995BB139).
