Enzymatic activity. (a) The activity of T. aquaticus SCS was measured in 10 mM MgCl2, 50 mM KCl, 0.1 mM dithiothreitol, 10 mM succinate, 0.1 mM CoA, 0.4 mM ATP and 50 mM of either MOPS (squares) or Tris–HCl (circles) to cover the pH range 6.2–9.6.
