Structure-based sequence alignment of CtXyn43A (PDB entry 5a8c) from C. thermocellum with other members of the GH43_16 subfamily named by accession number and the B. subtilis arabinofuranosidase BsAXH-m2,3 (PDB entry 3c7e). The alignment includes the sequences of Cellvibrio japonicus highly specific α-1,2-L-arabinofuranosidase (PDB entry 3qef) and the ruminal GH43 arabinofuranosidase from Butyrivibrio proteoclasticus (PDB entry 4nov), which are members of the GH43_29 subfamily.
