(b) Detector parameters. Rotx and Roty represent the detector position angles. Rx, Ry and Rz are the detector mis-setting angles. L2 is the distance between the crystal and the detector face center. The x- and z-­axis directions of the detector coordinate system are reversed to calculate the peak position in the diffractometer coordinate system.
