The dashed line is a zero-intercept median-based linear regression model with a slope equal to 1.015 (1), demonstrating that on average half of the residues in deposited models are built into map regions of lower local resolution than reported. The asymmetry of the distributions is seen from the box-plot whiskers, which correspond to the 5th and 95th percentile. |
