In this example a crystal has been selected and its sample name (LMTIM_9098A07d1c1) is provided, which is constructed from the sample acronym, the plate barcode, the well, the drop and the crystal number (see text). When a crystal has been selected then it is possible to extend the sample name that is generated by the system with a user-chosen extension, but the sample name should not be longer than 27 characters (see text). In addition, at this stage a crystal page is generated which can be reached by clicking `view full details' (top right). The QuickFish option (top right) allows the crystal to be connected to a barcoded pin, independent from a scheduled synchrotron visit. Information for ISPyB can also be added at this stage in the right panel `Information for next synchrotron trip'.
