Chains in the first basic cell (a, b, A and B) use a notation with a prime to denote all related chains in subsequent basic cells; for example, B′ refers to chains B, D, F, H, J, L and N. The PDB entry 6sjj supercell looks similar but has two additional basic cells and uses a slightly different naming scheme for the chains.
