Statistical analysis of the spectral changes corresponding to changes in the alkyl:methyl ν(CH2:CH3) ratio (A2925/A2960) (a), lipid:protein ratio (A2925/A1655) (b) and lipid carbonyl:CH2+CH3 ratio (c), expressed as the ratio of the corresponding absorbance values, for seven and 20 days of treatment. The ratios were calculated using all spectra in each segment. Standard errors of the mean (SEM) were calculated. Black columns correspond to control cells and red columns to HCV-replicating cells. HCV-replicating cells treated with 2MAd are shown as green columns, with daclatasvir as orange columns, with sofosbuvir as blue columns and with a combination of daclatasvir and sofosbuvir as pink columns.
