A dendrogram with heatmap showing the results of a DALI all-against-all structure comparison. As the colours are based on the DALI Z-score, they will depend on the size of the model; hence the colour is not consistent on the diagonal. We identified five distinct groups of models: a closed conformation, an open conformation, D8/D9 variants, models relating to the apical domain and models relating to the equatorial domain. The figure was made using seaborn.clustermap (Waskom, 2021BB45) and UCSF Chimera (version 1.5).
