(a) Convolution of a real-space window, followed by Fourier transformation and evaluation or filtering. (b) Convolution of a series of real-space kernels corresponding to a basis for evaluation and/or filtration. (c) Generation of real-space maps from individual Fourier bands, rings or shells, followed by evaluation or final summation. We believe this method to be the most promising approach. |
