(c) A comparison of the AA10 and GbpA domains from the CbpD structure and predicted structural domain models from RoseTTAFold (Baek et al., 2021BB7; pink) reveals a high degree of predictive accuracy. The all-atom r.m.s.d.s between the predicted and crystallographic AA10 and GbpA2 domains are 1.5 and 1.6 Å, respectively.
