The molecular weight determined from both concentrations is very similar (72.9 and 69.4 kDa) and is within the margin of error of the technique. (c) SEC-MALS profile of YdaT^1–96 at a concentration of 10 mg ml⁻¹. With an experimental molecular weight of 11.1 kDa, this corresponds to a monomer.
