The tunnel connecting FAD and substrate. AetF is shown as a cartoon (domains coloured as in Fig. 2[link]) in complex with FAD (yellow C atoms) and Trp (orange C atoms). CAVER 3.0 revealed a narrow tunnel (red surface) connecting FAD and Trp, which presumably allows diffusion of HOX from the cofactor to the substrate. The catalytic Lys258 is shown as sticks (magenta C atoms).
