Simplified scheme of a Flexibility Hub workflow. For simplicity, the example only shows how to start from a set of particles, although working with volumes or structures is also possible. The top ellipsis is used to indicate that the input particles in the workflow might be obtained by different means (imports, refinements etc.) and the bottom ellipses show that the output of the flexibility workflow might also be connected to other workflows, protocols or plugins inside Scipion. The label `Particles++' refers to a set of particles that has been extended with new features (Zernike3D coefficients, cryoDRGN latent space vectors, PCA or UMAP features etc.).
