Example of two ZART reconstructions representing the two main conformational states in the EMPIAR-10028 data set. The two states correspond to the conformations present in the data set, corresponding to a movement of the small subunit of the ribosome. Thanks to ZART, it is possible to reconstruct these two states without sacrificing any particles, thus increasing the resolution of the resulting cryoEM maps.
