The upper part of the figure shows the VHH residues involved in the interaction, while the lower part shows the corresponding residues of the N protein. The red horizontal line symbolizes the interface between the two molecules. The interaction is mainly hydrophobic. The residues participating in this interaction are shown as semicircles, with the exception of the residues that form hydrogen bonds (shown as green lines). These residues are represented with their atomic structures, where C, N and O atoms are shown as black, blue and red circles, respectively.
