Pressure induces structural change in UOX crystals. A phase transition from I222 to P2₁2₁2 occurs at 600 bar, during which the tetramer switches from an α₄ to an (αβ)₂ assembly (shown in green and in green/cyan, respectively). A second AZA inhibitor is observed above 1500 bar (PDB entry 6ia9).
