(a) Catalase orientation distributions change significantly when grids are blotted at different temperatures in the absence of any additive. (b) PaaZ orientation distributions change slightly when grids are held and blotted at different temperatures in the absence of any additive. In the case of PaaZ, the condition with grids prepared at 4°C with CTAB as an additive is included for comparison as this combination led to a high-resolution isotropic map. |
