Electron-density maps of structures of EP in complex with TL00150, AC39729, JFD03909 and AC40075 using the IMISX setup under cryo and RT conditions. The EP structure is shown in cartoon representation, and fragments and surrounding residues are shown in stick representation. The cryo and RT structures are colored gray and magenta, respectively. The 2Fo − Fc electron-density maps are contoured at the 1.0σ level with blue-colored mesh around the fragment-binding pocket and flap domain (residues Ser76–Ser86) of the EP structures. The Fo − Fc electron-density maps generated using the model without the fragment are also shown contoured at the 3.0σ level and colored as a green mesh. |
