An ethyl group is missing in the hydroxypyrimidin-4-one ligand in 7fzj. The binding site has no space for the anticipated ethyl group but hosts 3-cyclohexyl-2-ethylsulfanyl-6-hydroxy-pyrimidin-4-one. There are two molecules of the ligand in the binding site, one of which was built in two alternate conformations. The OH group of the ligand has a calculated pKa value of 7.4.
