Proportion of each SLXray–SLminimized pair for all RDC residues. An SLXray–SLminimized pair is composed of the structural letter in the X-ray model (SLXray) and the structural letter in the corresponding minimized model (SLminimized). The x axis shows the 27 structural letters in X-ray models (SLXray). The y axis indicates the proportion of occurrence of each SLXray–SLminimized pair in the Xray826 data set. Structural letters in the graphic correspond to the structural letters in minimized models (SLminimized). The height of the letters is proportional to the proportion of the SLXray–SLminimized pair. The greater the proportion of the SLXray–SLminimized pair (the larger the SLminimized letter in the graph), the more the letter in the X-ray model (SLXray) was deformed by the letter SLminimized in the minimized models. Structural letters are colored according to the secondary structure: α-helix letters in red, β-strand letters in green and loop letters in blue. |
