(a)–(d) The difference charge-density maps (mFo − DFc) of the Gd3+ position obtained from refinement against MicroED data with different radiation doses. The positive mFo − DFc difference densities are shown in green and the negative difference densities are shown in red. All difference density maps are contoured at ±3.5σ. A carve of 2 Å around atoms is assigned for all densities.
