RADDOSE-3D simulations of relative intensity versus rotation angle for four different beam shapes. All simulations were performed for a 12 × 12 × 12 µm cube-shaped crystal rotating around one of its axes. The total flux was 4 × 109 photons s−1 for all simulations except `Gauss 2×2' where it was 5 × 108 to compensate for the narrower width of the beam in the X direction. The features 90° apart on some of the curves arise from the corners of the cubic crystal moving in and out of the beam. |
