Coherent neutron scattering amplitudes of Br and ¹²⁷I

Neutron diffraction data of KBr and KI yielded the thermal neutron coherent scattering amplitudes in 10^-12 cm, b(Br) = 0.670 ± 0.004, b(¹²⁷I) = 0.525 ± 0.004, taking b(K) = 0.370 ± 0.001 as standard.
