Epaisseur moyenne de domaines ordonnés de LiFe₅O₈ dans diverses directions

Profile analyses of superstructure 110, 210, 211 and 421 X-ray lines have been performed on ordered LiFe₅O₈ ternary oxide. A unique thickness distribution function f(t) of the enantiomorphous ordered domains has been obtained. No preferential orientation of antiphase and inversion boundaries is found by X-ray analysis in agreement with electron microscopy observations
