Glimepiride, 1-{4-[2-(3-ethyl-4-methyl-2-oxo-3-pyrroline-1-carboxyamido)ethyl]phenylsulfonyl}-3-(trans-4-methylcyclohexyl)urea, C₂₄H₃₄N₄O₅S, is a drug used in the treatment of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus.
