Crystallization and preliminary X-ray crystallographic studies of human cyclophilin J

Human cyclophilin J, a new member of the cyclophilin family, has been expressed and crystallized. Diffraction data have been collected to 2.0 Å resolution and preliminary crystallographic studies have been completed. The space group of the crystals is P3₁21, with unit-cell parameters a = b = 40.597, c = 170.732 Å, α = β = 90, γ = 120°.
