The crystal structure of aqua(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde oximato-N,O)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H6NO2)2(H2O)] is formed by discrete molecules. The coordination polyhedron of the Zn atom is a distorted trigonal bipyramid with a ZnN2O3 chromophore.
